Bean curd sticks are made from the skin that forms on the top of boiled soy milk during the process of making tofu. They contain 48% protein and so are great to add into vegetarian or vegan dishes.
They require soaking in cold water for 20 minutes before cooking, and can then be sautéed in stir-fries, braised, used in soups and salads.
Ingredients: Soybeans (94.9%), water, sodium phosphate (E339iii (acidity regulator), sodium sulfite E221 (preservative).
