Thick wheat noodles. Once boiled you can add to stir-fry meals or serve in a soup stock with toppings such as freshly chopped spring onions, grilled chicken , prawn tempura or fried firm tofu.
These noodles cook up really nicely as they don’t stick together, and they absorb water to become really meaty noodles that suck up the flavour of your sauce 😋
