A gorgeous, mirin based sauce with sweet soy and hints of orange and ginger. Makes a great glaze when brushed onto meat or fish, and can also be used to add instant flavour to rice or noodles. It also makes a great dipping sauce. Not gluten free, but suitable for vegans, it is designed with for those who like the sweeter things in life.
