Ingredients: Water (29%), red chilli (28%), sugar (25%), garlic (7%), salt (5%), stabiliser (xanthan gum), thickener (modified corn starch), acidity regulator (acetic acid), colour (paprika oleoresin)
Great hot and spicy sauce. I’ve used it to create a sticky coating on both pork and chicken dishes. Wonderful and tasty, but be careful - too much and it’ll blow your socks off.
