Handmade to order and baked in small batches, the rye grain in this awesome tin loaf from The Village Baking Company is sprouted to improve digestibility, then roasted to improve flavour.

Made by Master Baker Joe Wilkin who is based in the same building as us here on Church Farm in Rode. Joe says... "the process of making this loaf is quite involved but worth it alone for the smell of the roasting rye!"

Packed with sesame seeds, linseed and sunflower seeds.
Allergens: Gluten and Sesame.
