Unquestionably our favourite loaf of bread. This 1kg sized loaf is made with a blend of wheat and rye flour and uses a rye sourdough. It is stone baked in a wood-fired oven, has a wonderful crust and stunning flavour.
This loaf is part-baked and supplied frozen, so you can finish it off at home. Simply defrost for 1 hour, then bake in a 200c oven for 15-18 minutes (depending how fierce your oven is!)
