Randy's Original Wing Co Hot Sauce is made using scotch bonnet chillies which have a distinct sweetness that makes them a favourite ingredient for the best hot sauces. This is Randy's signature hot sauce that is excellent served with everything from the BBQ but also great with eggs, used in cocktails and fantastic with a jambalaya.
Randy's Wing Bar has two restaurants in London, one in Stratford and the other close to Tower Bridge. They've won many awards over the years including being named Europe's No1 Wing Restaurant by Big Seven Travel and featured in The Times, Time Out, Design My Night and Buzz Feed - I think they know a thing or two about wings and the sauces that go with them.

Ingredients: Tomato Juice, Aged Cayenne Mash (cayenne chilli peppers, salt, acetic acid), distilled vinegar, brown sugar, tomato puree, scotch bonnet chillies (3%), butter (Milk), salt, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar), paprika, mustard seeds, garlic, thickener: guar & xanthan gum.
Once opened refrigerate and consume with one month
