How do you whip up a great tasting risotto in 10 minutes flat? Use this ingenious pre-cooked Carnaroli risotto rice and hey presto, dinner on the table.
So essentially, you start out making your risotto in the normal manner, some diced onions, garlic in a pan. Now add the frozen rice and some stock and you're away. As this rice is pre cooked, it will soften in your pan in around 10 minutes, rather than the usual 30 or so minutes. The key to making this taste great are the flavours that you add and plenty of butter and Parmesan cheese at the end.
