Eating Dim Sum is such a treat, I'd happily sit and eat these little steamed parcels every day. These prawn dumplings are made by one of the largest Oriental kitchen in Britain and the quality is fantastic.
Steam these Dim Sum straight from frozen for around 12 minutes. Bamboo steamers are designed for this job however if you only have a metal steamer, make sure you oil the metal or use cabbage leaves or lettuce leaves as a liner.
