Shifka peppers originated in Bulgaria but are really popular throughout the Middle East. They are not too hot, sweet and really crunchy and are great as a side with falafel, hummus, shawarma and many other Middle Eastern dishes.
Produced in Israel by Kvutzat Yavne who have been producing high quality food products for over 80 years.
