With big pieces of fish, clams and squid, a touch of chilli and sweet, sun ripened Italian tomatoes, this sauce will instantly transport you to the beautiful Amalfi coast. All you will need is a chilled glass of something and a little imagination!
It's brilliant paired with our Armando Fettuccine, finished with a little garlic butter and some chopped parsley. As with our other Sugosi sauces, this sauce is prepared in exactly the same way of chef would in a professional kitchen. The sauce is then frozen in cubes so you can use exactly what you need and put the rest back in the freezer...genius.
Use between 80-100g per portion.
Ingredients: tomato pulp 53%, broth (water, sunflower oil, wheat flour, broth preparation), white fish 11%, clams 10,5%, squid tentacles 5,5%, North Sea prawns 3%, sunflower oil, wine, extra-virgin olive oil, parsley, salt, shallot, garlic, chili pepper.

Absolutely first rate seafood sauce. Incredibly convenient to be able to take as many cubes as you need from the freezer, so no wastage and makes a restaurant quality quick pasta dish. But also incredibly good on white fish like cod as a seafood sauce. Really elevates a frozen bit of cod! I was wowed by this sauce when I first tried it.
