These fantastic large Gordal Olives are grown in the Andalucia region of Spain. They are crisp and meaty with a gentle heat from the guindilla chillies in the marinade. They are perfect just eaten straight from the jar or for a little twist, stuff them with orange segments and marinade them in olive oil and herbs.
