This semi-cured Manchego is aged for 3 months and won silver medal at the World Cheese Awards in 2019, it's the first organic Manchego. It's made in La Mancha, the region south of Madrid that gave the cheese it name, by a family run dairy.
This delicious cheese is perfect cut into slices and served as tapas with a chilled glass of wine. It has a lovely sweet, creamy flavour with a nice tang.
Ingredients: Pasteurised sheep's milk*, salt* (calcium chloride), rennet, lactic cultures
