Mexican food is some of the tastiest on the planet - it’s actually a UNESCO World Heritage cuisine. Here in the UK, Mexican restaurants have become increasingly popular yet most people are unsure how to cook authentic Mexican food.
Bring your foodie friends and learn how to make your own tacos, the best loved of all the Mexican street food. We will be hand pressing fresh tacos, cooking with and understanding how to use a wide range of different chillies - fresh chillies and smoked chillies and learning about the multitude of different dried chillies. We’ll be marinating meats and fish, making tantalisingly fresh salsas, pickling and stewing authentic ingredients - before feasting on your creations.
The workshop is led by Ben and held in the relaxed surroundings of our own kitchen in Norton St Philip. We will provide all the ingredients and equipment needed as well as water, tea and coffee to refresh you!
This daytime workshop starts at 11am and will last for approx 3.5 hrs we are limited to six people per event - so bring your foodie friends and book early!
