Best best tahini is made from Humera sesame seeds which are grown in the Northwest of Ethiopia. The growing conditions there are hot and dry and these sesame seeds are prized throughout the Middle East for their creamy and nutty flavour.
The addition of Za'atar gives this tahini a fantastic herb driven taste sensation that is perfect drizzled over roasted vegetables, used in dips or just spread on toast.
