Med Cuisine's fantastic falafel mix is a really quick and simple way to make great tasting, freshly cooked falafels at home, plus they are gluten free. If you don't have time to make your own falafels from scratch, this Med Cuisine falafel mix is the next best thing.
Simply empty the contents of the sachet into a mixing bowl, add equal quantities of cold water and mix. Leave it to stand for 40 minutes and then roll them into golf ball sized nuggets. Fry them in hot oil for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
They are excellent served with with tahini sauce or as part of a mezze platter.
