These Shrimp Crackers are just like the prawn crackers you get in the Chinese take-away, only 10 TIMES NICER.
Simply drop them into hot oil for around 10 seconds, they will puff up and expand, then drain them and serve. They are lovely dipped into a little sweet chilli sauce.

Ingredients: Tapioca starch, Fresh Shrimp 9%, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper, flavour enhancer (E621).

These are the best crackers ever - far better than the bright white ones you buy in packets. They taste authentic and are delicious dipped in the sweet chilli sauce. Don't be put off by the shrimpy aroma when opening the packet in their raw form. Once cooked, they taste just like those from a good Thai restaurant - very moreish!
