Louise Bees Somerset Cider Apple Orchard Honey is pure joy in a jar. The bees forage for nectar through the blossoming apple trees and along the hedges full of blackthorn and hazel. The honey is simply strained to remove any debris which ensure the pollen, propolis and all the other goodness remains. The only trouble is that the honey is more likely to granulate over time, if this happens, gently heat it and it will become runny again.
