Longdan Vietnamese rice paper is perfect for making Summer rolls or Vietnamese spring rolls. They are edible sheets made using rice and tapioca that require soaking in water before wrapping around any combination of shredded vegetables, prawns, chicken, fresh herbs and rice noodles.
They can take a little bit of getting used to but the trick is not to over soak them. Serve your Summer Rolls with a classic Nuoc Cham dressing, made by mixing together fish sauce, fresh chilli, lime juice, garlic and sugar.
Ingredients: Rice (70%), tapioca (16%), water, salt.
