Ingredients: Lemongrass 22%, garlic, fish sauce (water, salt, anchovy fish, sugar), sugar, ginger, galangal, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), rapeseed oil, coriander, lemon juice concentrate, chilli 4%, spirit vinegar, shrimp paste (shrimp (crustacean), salt, spring onion, salt.
This paste has become my no.1 store cupboard ingredient, I absolutely love it! It can transform an ordinary dish to one with huge depth of flavour and some serious heat - (depending on the quantity used) - but not a vicious heat! Great in stir fries, an extra flavour in curries and a fabulous boost to salad dressings - I wouldn’t be without it!!
Hopefully not literally, but the paste is simply wonderful, thinking about it makes me salivate, it's so intense and fragrant. I can't wait to use it again and have just ordered some more.
