To make good ciabatta you need a really wet dough, this gives the bread it’s light, open texture once baked. Our part-baked frozen Ciabatta’s are hand shaped and given the time to develop the full flavour. It’s has a wonderful crust and a beautifully light and airy texture.
To bake at home: defrost for 10 mins, then pop into a hot oven at 200c for 12-14 minutes. The smell wafting through your house is a real treat!
