Pinto Beans are a real staple in Mexican cooking, they are part of what's often called the 'Three Sisters' of Mexican agricultrure - maize, beans and squashes.
These Pinto beans have a little spice added and are delicious just as they are, warmed up in a pan. They are also essential for home made refried beans.
Ingredients: Water, brown beans, onion, spices, vegetable oil, iodised salt, chilli pepper.
