Tacos are the beating heart of Mexican cuisine and pound for pound, one of the tastiest things you can eat, anywhere in the world! Short of making them yourself, these tacos are as good as they get.
Just heat them in a dry pan for around 30 seconds on each side and then start loading in the flavour. Slow cooked meats or spiced vegetables tend to form the base, however, anything goes but don't forgot the essential salsa and a squeeze of lime.
Also worth mentioning that all traditional taco's are made from 100% corn flour, so naturally gluten free. You get approx 24-27 tortillas per pack.

5 years ago I spent a few weeks in a remote village on the border between Mexico and Guatemala, staying with coffee farmers and their families, and eating corn tacos for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For the intervening 5 years I have looked to buy or replicate the authentic taste of those tacos, without success. But last night I was transported back in time (minus the wood smoke filled kitchen and foraging chickens), and enjoyed a truly amazing, authentic Mexican feast, courtesy of these tacos and supporting ingredients sourced from Somerset Foodie. Amazing quality ingredients makes amazing quality food.
