Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade, 250ml

Teriyaki is such a popular Japanese dish, it tastes so good. You can quite easily make your own Teriyaki sauce but if you are pushed for time, this sauce will do a great job for you.

The 'yaki' part of Teriyaki translates as fried or grilled and the idea of Teriyaki is to give your food a shinny glaze, seasoning the ingredients and accentuating it's flavour. There is no need to spend time marinating, you simply drizzle the sauce into the pan during the last stages of cooking to develop a rich, sticky glaze.
