Great paste…followed the recipe for chicken katsu curry on the Somerset Foodie website and was not disappointed. Easy to make and tasted as good as a well known restaurant chain dish. Jar makes enough for two servings for two, so can’t wait to have this again.
WOW! This curry paste is a total game changer! We only needed a small amount from the jar simply mixed with some coconut milk, 15mins later my partner said I was the best cook ever! Thanks Somerset Foodie for making me look amazing, whilst not having to do alot :) plus it lasts 4 months in the fridge, much longer then alot of the supermarket brands. I'll be getting the full set!
