This brilliant korma curry recipe is really simple to make, follow this link to the recipe and video on the Somerset Foodie recipe blog.
This kit box contains all the ingredients you will need to make this yourself to make 5-6 portions (you're limited to this number by the paste, however you'll have plenty of Basmati rice and ground almonds to make lots more delicious recipes):
1 x 175g Korma Curry Paste @ £3.50
1 x 400ml Coconut Milk @ £1.00
1 x 500g Ground Almonds @ £5.00
1 x 2kg Dr Nature Basmati Rice @ £5.40
To follow my recipe for 4 portions of Chicken Korma, you will also need to buy:
4 Chicken Breasts
4 Large White Onions
1 Small Pot of Natural Yoghurt
Chicken or Vegetable Stock
Soy Sauce (only a couple of tablespoons)
A bunch of Spring Onions
A bunch of Fresh Coriander
4 Cloves of Garlic
A tsp of Cumin Seeds and Fennel Seeds and a few cloves
You'll also need oil for frying and salt for seasoning.
Great recipe so easy and delicious!
