Hoots Wood Fired Smoky Hot Chilli Sauce, 150ml


Hoots Chilli Sauce is a true artisan product. This Woodfire Chilli Hot sauce is made by chef Bruce, not far away from us here in Somerset. The care and attention that goes into making his Hoots chilli sauce taste incredible is quite staggering. The chillies are roasted over applewood, oak and hazel before being fermented for 30 days. Bruce's sauce is then slowly cooked for six hours with locally sourced ingredients before being bottled. The whole process is a one man operation. 

We love this fiery little bottle of chilli sauce any time of the day. We eat it on eggs at breakfast, or with burgers, tacos, grilled meats and roasted vegetables for supper. It has an addictive flavour. Go on... add it to your next Somerset Foodie order and give it a try!
