Hejgro Wild Garlic Pesto is full of the wonderfully mellow wild garlic flavour that's just lovely with so many things. The wild garlic season is really short, it comes earlier than you expect and is over before you know it.
As you would expect, it's great mixed through pasta, but try it in a potato salad or with sour cream and mayo as a dip, with roast lamb, stirred through a bean stew - use it where ever a subtle garlic flavour would make things taste better.
