The wild garlic season is really short, it comes earlier than you expect and is over before you know it. Fear not, this jar is full of the wonderfully mellow wild garlic flavour that's just lovely with so many things.
As you would expect, it's great mixed through spaghetti or fettuccine, but try it in a potato salad or with sour cream and mayo as a dip, with roast lamb, stirred through a bean stew - use it where ever a subtle garlic flavour would make things taste better.
