The Italians don't really use the word 'Pepperoni', it's an American invention, but they do create a salami that's that great on pizza and this is it - Salsiccia Primizia Piccante. This spicy salami comes pre-sliced and is made by Golfera, a really great producer from the Emilia-Romagna. Golfera have been making great quality salami since 1967.
