Golfera Prosciutto Cotto is a tender, lightly seasoned cooked ham made in the traditional Italian way. Unlike its air-dried cousin, prosciutto crudo, prosciutto cotto is slowly steam-cooked to preserve its natural juiciness and develop a mild, subtly sweet flavour that’s perfect for everyday meals and special occasions alike.
Made by Golfera – a family-run producer based in Emilia-Romagna – this premium sliced ham uses only carefully selected pork, cooked gently and seasoned simply. Like all Golfera products, it’s free from gluten, milk derivatives, and artificial additives, making it a wholesome, flavourful choice.
