Felino Salami is from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, an area famed for it's high quality pork - it's the same region as Parma Ham. The abundance of forests and woodlands are the perfect conditions to raise the best quality pork. Felino salami has a sweet, delicate flavour and is fantastic served as part of an antipasti selection.
Starting out in Soho in 1929, Fratelli Camisa was one of the first companies to start importing fresh Italian ingredients into the UK. Their shop in Soho is still there today and is a joy to visit.
