Vinegar (which is simply an acid) is one of the corner stones of cooking, it balances flavour and heightens our pleasure of food. If you need to add a little acid to enhance flavour, this vinegar is about as good as it gets. It's made in Tarragona, Catalonia from cabernet sauvignon grapes and aged in oak barrels for 8 years. It's unfiltered, allowing the flavours of ripe black fruit to shine through, balanced by the acidity in a bittersweet harmony. This product is amazing.
