Essential Cuisine's Savoury Gravy is suitable for vegetarians and vegans and adds a rich, savoury boost to your gravy. Simply whisk 3 teaspoons (19g) into 250ml of warm water, bring the boil whilst whisking regularly and simmer on a low heat for 3 to 4 minutes until thickened.
It's perfect for mushroom tarts, nut roasts, hommity pie, vegetable pasties or any other dishes where a good gravy is the perfect finish.
