This peppercorn sauce is used by 5 star hotels and top end restaurants, it's just simply miles better than anything that's currently available in the supermarkets.
Simply mix with warm water, then bring to a boil and simmer gentle for 4 to 5 minutes. Finish with double cream for the perfect sauce that's brilliant with steaks, chicken breasts, pork chops.
This pot will make 500ml of peppercorn sauce.
Ingredients when reconstitute: Beef Stock (Water, Beef Stock), Veal Stock (Water, Veal Jus), Veal Fat, Vegetable Juices (Onion, Carrot, Tomato, Mushroom, Garlic), Modified Tapioca Starch, Sugar, Yeast Extracts, Flavourings, Salt, Cracked Black Peppercorns (3.4%), Glucose Syrup, Brandy (1.2%), Maltodextrin, Colour (Caramel), Ground Black Pepper, Sunflower Oil, Red Wine, Emulsifier (mono-and-di-glycerides of fatty acids).
