Dried Porcini Mushrooms, 20g


Italian dried porcini mushrooms have such an intense flavour, soak them in hot water and milk for 20-25 minutes and use them in risottos, stews, soups, frittata or blitz them dry to form a powder and use as a seasoning.

Delicious

Having dried porcini in the cupboard is so useful and these ones bring that flavour of Italy when you need it. Absolutely delicious.
