Dali Fermented Red Bean Curd, 250g


Produced from the curdled milk of soybeans, fermented in a solution of rice wine, salt and red yeast rice. The fermentation process softens the curd, releasing an intense umami flavour that's used in stir-fries, stews and marinades. The curd is cut into cubes and packed into this heavy earthenware jar.
