These cinnamon buns have become famous locally!
Soft and buttery Brioche buns filled with cinnamon and brown sugar, baked then dipped in orange syrup. Made with organic stone ground flour and Ivy House Farm organic butter by artisan bakery The Village Baking Company who share the same building as us in Rode.
We love working with this independent artisan bakery - this business was a product of the first 2020 lockdown, just like Somerset Foodie.
