Bulgur Wheat, 750g

This little grain takes centre stage in versatility as it covers a huge spectrum of culinary uses. A staple in Middle Eastern cooking it's nutty taste and chewy texture is particularly adept to absorbing other flavours. Perfect hot or cold, bulgur wheat is famous as the main ingredient in Tabbouleh salad.
