The Himalayan Blue Poppy Seeds have a sweet and nutty flavour. Favoured amongst bakers they are very versatile being widely used in smoothies, on cereals and in salads. The lemon and poppyseed cake is one of our favourites.

The trade off for caring about the planet is that our bags are slightly more fragile than you'll be used to, so we recommend you pop the ingredients into a jam jar or tupperware when you get them home.
