Blanco Nino select the very best non-GMO corn which is cooked and steeped overnight, before being ground into a dough called masa using hand carved Mexican volcanic stones.
While still hot, the masa is shaped and baked into tortillas which are then cut and lightly fried into the most delicious authentic tortilla chips.
