Pappardelle pasta are long ribbons of pasta that are perfect for rich, creamy mushroom sauces, sausage pasta or slow cooked meat ragu.
Armando extrude their pasta through bronze dies which give the pasta a rougher texture. This will mean more sauce will stick to it, making each mouthful taste perfect.
