Armando La Mafalda Pasta, 500g

Armando's Mafalda pasta or Mafaldine are long ribbons of pasta, similar to pappardelle, but with scalloped edges. They are perfect for rich sauces or a slow cooked meat ragu.

Armando extrude their pasta through bronze dies which give the pasta a rougher texture. This will mean more sauce will stick to it, making each mouthful taste perfect.

Don't forget, all of Armando's packaging can be recycled with your paper waste.
