Bucatini pasta is a long thin pasta shape that looks a bit like spaghetti but has a hole right through the middle. Originating in Rome, it's slightly wider size gives it a fantastic texture and is perfect when paired with meat sauces, tomato sauces and creamy sauces.
Armando extrude their pasta through bronze dies to create a rough surface for the sauce to cling onto. It's then slowly dried to create to perfect texture and taste. All Armando packaging can be recycled in your paper waste.
