Amba Spice, 75g

Amba spice is a fragrant, tangy Middle Eastern spice used famously to make 'Amba Sauce' - a rich and zingy sauce made from pickled mangoes that amazing with kebabs, falafel and koftas.

This spice will add a fragrant curry like flavour, it's great to season vegetables (cauliflower is great) and chicken, or to blend with fruit for a zingy sauce for grilled meats.
