These pain au chocolate are made with Charentes-Poitou PDO Butter, an amazing tasting butter from the West coast of France. Combined with Belgian chocolate, they are a real treat. They have an indulgent rich flavour with a beautiful crisp outer layer. They are ready to bake without the need for overnight proving.
Please note that these pain au chocolat are frozen and they are not available for Mail order.
How to cook: Defrost for 30 mins at room temperature, then bake in a moderate oven at 170°C for 16-18 minutes.
