S&B Oriental Curry Powder, 85g

S & B Oriental Curry Powder is a staple in the Japanese pantry and is the foundation of the Japanese curry culture. It has more ingredients than Indian curry powder, including orange peel and has a rounded and slightly sweet aroma.

You can use this spice to season meat, fish and vegetables or to mix through mayonnaise and dressings. Curry was introduced to the Japanese buy the British in the 19th Century and they have loved it ever since.
