The Village Baking Co. Malted Wheat Sourdough Bread, 1kg


Made from 50% 'white' and 50% wholemeal stoneground flour milled at Matthews in the Cotswolds from regeneratively farmed UK wheat.  Leavened with a sourdough starter and slowly fermented. Encrusted with malted wheat flakes this is a truly tasty and healthy loaf. 

We are so pleased to be back in collaboration with Joe @ The Village Baking Co. an independent artisan bakery in Rode and baking the best sourdough bread I've tasted in a long time.

Please order by 5pm Wednesday for delivery or collection on Friday
