The combination of cold pressed rapeseed oil and black truffle is superb. The nutty flavour of the rapeseed oil perfectly compliment the heady aromas of black truffle. It's amazing drizzled on pasta, risotto, pizza - try pouring a little over pan fried mushrooms.
